SHIPPING / TRACKING

At TeamKustom, most orders over $199 ship free to anywhere in the lower 48 states otherwise a rate will be calculated in checkout. Note that there are restrictions on some products such as over-sized items, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  If shipping to Alaska, Canada or Hawaii please reach out for a shipping quote prior to your purchase.

Our shipping department processes shipments on weekdays between 9am and 12pm Eastern time. We try and ship most products within 24 hours of the order being processed. Some items may take a little longer to ship due to seasonality (ex: Fall/Winter - Heaters, Cab Enclosures, Seat Covers).

If an item is on back order, we will notify you via email.

Tracking numbers for processed orders are typically provided within 72 hours of being available.  We do not process any orders on Saturday or Sunday.  You may receive multiple tracking code emails depending on the quantity of item(s) ordered.

 

Oversized Items:

Shipping charges will be calculated at time of checkout for all orders containing oversized items.

Drop Shipping:

We carry A TON of product in stock, so we ensure we can get you orders ASAP! Unfortunately, we cannot stock it all….all the time. For this reason, we do drop ship directly from the manufacturer on occasion.

Package Protection:

The TK (optional) Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items that fit the following criteria. Review the policies to understand what lost, stolen, and damaged items we will cover.

If Package Protection is not selected, Teamkustom is not liable for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

RETURNS

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Minus original shipping charges (even if item showed free shipping).  Return shipping costs are not re-reimbursed unless the return is a result of our error (we sent an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Special ordered items are not returnable. Example: (Audio Packages from Rockford Fosgate and Memphis. Seats from PRP)

If returned item(s) are not in new condition with unopened original packaging you WILL also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.  In other cases restocking fees may be applied as well.

The following items will have 20% restocking fee applied:

  • Cages
  • Audio Products (Speakers, Kits, Etc)
  • Tires
  • Wheels

Windshields are shipped with a protective film on both sides.  Windshields that have had the protective film removed are not returnable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, CLICK HERE TO LOGIN to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
